Gorilla trekking is one of the most fascinating wildlife experiences. This much sought out activity by primate lovers is only possible in four national parks. An ancient rain forest, the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest extends over a series of steep ridges in the Virunga Volcanoes mountain range.
Day 1 Entebbe
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will proceed to clear with immigration and customs formalities; thereafter, met by Primate Expeditions Ltd representative and transferred to Protea Entebbe Resort. Check-in at the hotel for overnight.

Day 2 Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Reserve
An early morning transfer back to Entebbe Airport for your Aerolink flight to Kisoro departing at 0745 hours met on arrival at 0855 hours by a representative from Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla lodge, rest of afternoon at leisure.

Day 3 Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Reserve – 1st Gorilla trek
Breakfast and take a short transfer to Bwindi NP headquarters where you will meet up with excellent local guides/rangers and trackers, who will give a talk on the etiquette of gorilla trekking. Thereafter, hike into the forest with your packed lunch. Return to the camp/lodge and free afternoon/evening to relax.

Day 4 Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Reserve – 2nd Gorilla trek
Return to the forest for a second gorilla trek. Rest of afternoon at leisure.

Day 5 Entebbe
After breakfast, you will be transferred back to Kisoro airstrip for your mornings schedule flight departing at 0910 hours hours back to Entebbe. Upon arrival at 1125 hours at Entebbe Int’l Airport connect on your onward flight
