You cannot ignore the cultural and religious influences are found in almost every part of Ethiopia. A visit to Lalibela’s 13 churches that were hand-carved from the rock of a massive mountain. It is believed that the Ark of the Covenant from the church history is in Axum in one of the Orthodox churches one of its own kind in Ethiopia.

A visit to one of the most well-known is the paleoanthropological site in the World, Kenya’s – Koobi Fora near Lake Turkana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is known as the “Cradle of Mankind” for historians will be a great experience.

Excellent Cuisine

Due to cultural diversity, different parts of Africa have different food preparation styles, dishes, and eating habits which are unique to each community.

For example, the Injera Traditional Ethiopian cuisine is known to be one of the most delicious in the world. This thin pancake-like bread is eaten off the communal plate by dipping the injera in a spicy stew which most visitors have really enjoyed and left them asking for more.
